My online Costco tires after a month finally arrived.They refused to install these new tires because they are bigger than OEM after I spent $1,400.00 Yeah it’s only an inch wider from 33 to 34 inch tires.I was hoping their Manager would take my advice but said it will rub and it will void warranty.I begged them to give it a try and I will sign a consent form,but they refused.They have no knowledge on over sized tires and how to make them fit on stock suspension. Luckily the cashier said I can take them with me and have the truck lifted then come back to have them installed.But I did all my research and ask others who installed larger tires on their stock truck.And it fits perfectly no rubbing on any components.The OEM size is 275/70/r18,new tires are 295/70/r18 I was given advice from Good Year to take it the 1320 performance in Wailuku.And they installed it for me without hesitation.

Mounted all 4 of my new tires onto my wheels, then said one of my rims was unsafe to drive on AFTER they mounted the new tires. Wouldn’t release my truck for liability reasons, literally had to get kitagawas towing to pull a wrecker into the bay to drag it 150 feet into an empty stall before I could drive off. Funniest part is In the bay next to the one my truck was being held hostage in, the tech broke a stud off the hub of this guys Subaru and said it was fine to drive

Tires were put on in a timely matter but I spent more time trying to get my car back than they did putting the tires on. The worker at the desk called me out while I was waiting in line and told me to pick up my car outside. I waited for 15+ minutes for my car and even saw them take it out of the shop but no one came. I called the shop from outside and asked where I was supposed to pick up my car and the worker said I could pick it up outside but didn’t explain that I had to go into the work area to get my key. He said “No! Do you even have your key yet? You’re supposed to grab your key from the tech.” I went back in the store to ask for my key back and the worker fought with me about me not going to get a worker from the work area to get my key back. I said sorry that I didn’t know and that the workers were all working on cars. He told me “No. There’s definitely workers back there. You could have asked anyone” I was tired by that point and just asked for my key back. So he took me back into the shop and grabbed my key. I had to search for my car on my own after that.. A misunderstanding turned into an argument from their end.

All they want to do is sell tires & batteries. They could care less about about our safety. I had asked to have the two tires.Idid not have changed to check the stems. When I left there one of my tires was almost flat. They are fast but the customer service is poor! Poor management. A really bad experience.

They don't warrenty tires like anyone I've ever known before. I was a tune-up, Brake, Suspension, and Wheel Alignment mechanic for approximately 8 years. I spent 4 years of that was working for two different tire companies. I believe I was lied to and ripped off. We put tires on our Pilot in CA and then moved to Maui in 2020. One of the tires got a belt separation less than a year ago, and they refused to warranty it because I had not gone back to Costco for all the tire rotations. We ended up buying 4 new 70k mile tires because of some sidewall cracking along with the road hazard as we have always done. I had a tire losing air a couple of weeks ago, and with only 3k miles and less than a year, they told me a nail was in the sidewall, and I needed to buy a new tire. They first tried to charge me 150.00. Then I argued hard but never asked to see the nail. After making them check the tire wear while I watched, we agreed it was 8 to 9 percent and I agreed to 50.00. The next morning, the pressure was good. I drove to Home Depot, and on the way home, it went down to 16 psi before I got home. While I was putting on the spare, I found the nut holding the valve stem in was loose, and when
